  It’s so refreshing to buy a new car this way. Groove really does understand there is a quick and easy purchase process that works for everyone. This is probably close to the 30th car I have personally purchased and it was a 5 star experience. Austin Leblanc was the perfect sales rep. Thank you Groove!

  This was my first time at Groove Toyota and they did a stand up job! The sales coordinator Dominic went out of his way on his day off to make sure I had a sales rep to meet with when I made it into the dealership which made the process once I arrived super smooth. Zach did an excellent job running me through the Tacoma and 4Runner options in inventory to find a vehicle that fit my needs. The test drives were actually a fun experience and I felt like I had a good handle on each option when they were finished due to Zach's candid explanations and depth of knowledge. The buying process was straightforward and simple, and I walked out a happy customer with an awesome new car!

  This is the third Toyota we bought from this dealership and they didn’t disappoint me. The salesman that helped me with my purchase this time is Dan Southern. He is such a pleasant and honest person I’ve had the opportunity to work with. He knows car very well and would accommodate my every single request. I’m a very picky consumer and I’ve done very thorough research on pricing, models, different financing options, etc. Groove is the dealership that offers me the lowest price and they’re willing to match the competitors’ offers. What I like about Dan is that he’s very honest on what he can and cannot do for me. Transparency and professionalism are what I can see from this dealership. They try to build long term relationships with their customers and that’s what makes a business successful. The buying process was very smooth. Dan listened to my concerns and needs, then he made recommendations but respected my choices. He didn’t even talk me into getting a loan directly with them since I know dealerships usually make money from selling loans. I feel very comfortable making the big purchase from this dealership and know that they have my best interest as the top priority. I strongly recommend Groove and Dan to anyone who are looking to buy their next vehicles. Thank you so much, Dan! You are truly second to none out of all the salesman I’ve worked with or talked to.
