Pedal Positive

I was really impressed with Pedal Positive and Joe and I'll be using his services again. He was able to install a woom bike freewheel kit for me in just a few minutes while I waited. I was glad the scheduling and timing worked out and Joe created a very pleasant experience! 10/10 would recommend and I'll be back!

I could go on about how nice Joe is and how reasonable his prices are, but what really stood out to me was his willingness to solve my problem. I went in yesterday for a new tube and tire, and 5min after leaving the tube popped (Due to an issue with the rim) I called Joe up and he got me back in today, fixed my rim, and replaced the tube a second time, all at no cost. Exceptional customer service goes a long way! Will definitely be coming back for future needs.

Joe was great! He helped me put together a bike I bought online and he put so much attention to the detail and didn’t rush it, and the price was great too! Big fan, I will definitely be going back for maintenance!

Such a nice guy and did a great job reclaiming a ten year old bike from the dust bin. He did the work quickly and well, didn't charge for anything extra, super reasonable price and I will return when I have another bike. Thanks, Joe!!
