(September 11, 2018, 12:10 pm)I have had Scott and the guys from Budget A-1 rebuild the transmission of 3 of my vehicles. Wouldn't think of going any where else. This last time, I was in a pinch. I just got out of ICU and my daughters transmission went out. I had it towed to Budget A-1 and within 24 hours they text me images and called with what caused the transmission to go out. Three days later they had the transmission rebuilt. Scott went beyond the means of customer service! I will recommend Scott and the guys at Budget A-1 to anyone who needs transmission work or any auto work done to their vehicle! Thanks Scott, you and the guys at Budget A-1 are the BEST!!

(August 14, 2018, 1:40 pm)I first visited this shop after my "home" shop went out of business. I've known about them for years from driving by and listening to the Tom Martino show but never stopped in. I'm so happy to have found my new shop!
It is quite a drive from my house but well worth the extra miles. I've had two Subaru Outbacks and a Chevy Avalanche in for several repairs and preventive maintenance and could not be happier. I usually work with Scott who is up front and no nonsense. He gives me the facts with no BS and I trust what he says. I do a lot of work on my own cars/trucks but know when I'm in over my head. The technicians/mechanics are top notch and their work is quality first.

(June 13, 2018, 10:51 am)I took my Audi TT into budget after hearing great things on the Tom Martino show about their work and exceptional customer service. So I gave them a call and was able to have it towed to their location a few days later. They kept me up to date throughout the process and gave me several options of repair for my transmission breaking down. Very fair pricing with, as expected, above and beyond customer service. They also took care of me in a somewhat struggling situation. Definitely will always bring my vehicle here as well as recommend it to anyone looking to have any kind of repairs done. They’re actually all wonderful mechanics, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
