(December 16, 2018, 12:28 pm)It happened this Spring. I wasn't sure if I want to complain but it keeps bothering me.
I parked my car on the first left side ( as you enter the lot opposite of gas station).
There was a silver Toyota next to me wirh an older guy wearing sun shades and reading car manual.
I got bad feeling about him.
My shopping was fast 5 minutes or so.
When I got back he was still inside his car but when I took off he followed me till Monaco.
I had to drop a book at the Libraty on Parker and Florida.
That's when I found out I am missing a hubcap.
I drove all the way back to the store and where looking around on the road and the lot.
I talked to security officer at the store but he said they need a court order to show me a video surveillance.
Next day I sew my hubcap on ebay. I know how it was scratched. For $35.00.
I stopped shopping at the store since than, only gas.
They lost me as a customer.
Sad story. I love this King Soopers. -

(March 1, 2018, 1:50 pm)The pharmacy gets five stars because of the employees of course. It's always the people. no matter what. No matter what medicine I'm getting at Walgreens, for example, I always feel like they're judging me and making me wait forever just because they can. And that's probably because they just don't care if you hear them talking about you and if you see them giving you dirty looks. This was just a comparison, I'm not talking about King Soopers. As a complete polar opposite, the people at this Pharmacy, King Soopers, are great. You never go to a pharmacy because you already feel like doing Aerobics or Kung Fu. And they get that. A kind word and a smile goes a long way. And really fast service is like ice cream on the cake.

For all those of you who love to write these horrible things about it, why don't you go be a tech for a day and see if you can fill 400 rx a day? Till then, I suggest you shut your yap and be grateful for the compassion and detail orientation. Also, if you want someone to blame- contact the store managers. They are the ones who decide how much staff is allowed or the head Kroger folks. Not the hard working people behind your counter who have no time to eat or go to the bathroom. Beyond disrespectful what you ungrateful people wrote below. For the record, the pharmacy doesn't just revolve around you, but so many other rx to fill!
