I couldn't be happier. Joy was very professional and got things done in a timely manner. The company has great vendors, Joy helped me get my landscaping done and windows cleaned before my renters moved in, which was a huge stress off my shoulders.(And I thought it was neat we shared the same first name).
My house has been rented through the company for about 5 mos now and everything has been going very smoothly. I'm getting my rent on time and my tenets are happy. It feels good being miles away knowing my Property has been left in good hands. If I decide to sell my home down the line, I will definitely be using this company. Thank you Long Realty! -

I highly recommend her! When I'm ready to rent my house, she will definitely be my property manager of choice. Her team is awesome!

Joy Long has been the best property manager. We have used her for the last 15 years and she has ALWAYS gotten our property rented out in a timely manner.
She is a property owners dream, with her follow through, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. -
