Harmon Physical Therapy

Harmon Physical Therapy is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone experiencing chronic pain or injury. Michael Harmon is an absolute professional with a deep knowledge base. I visited him after suffering a lower back injury which was very challenging to deal with due to overall pain and loss of mobility. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide the correct solutions quickly which led to a full recovery of the injury and associated pain. I'm forever grateful for his guidance and abilities.

I went to see Michael Harmon after 3 epidurals for 2 herniated discs. I could not walk without pain and I had a severe case of foot drop as a result of sciatic nerve pain. Michael worked with me, showing me different exercises and had me walking better within a few weeks. Before my back injury I played hockey once a week, but with my back injury I couldn't. I credit Michael Harmon 100% to getting me back on the ice within a few months. I also appreciate that he didn't try to lock me into a plan to see him weekly until the end of time, but when I felt better I was able to stop seeing him, knowing I could come back if anything ever got worse. So far it hasn't. He is soft spoken and careful, extremely knowledgeable and a good listener. I always looked forward to our visits. Highly recommended!

Mike makes the time to really understand his patient’s issues and provide a therapeutic strategy that gets results. The mobile app is terrific and makes it so much easier to follow the at home exercises.

Today I woke up without back pain. It is the first time in over 15 years that my lower back didn't wake up before me. This is after 6 weeks doing physical therapy with Michael (and, with his encouragement, doing daily exercises at home). Before Michael, I've tried several physical therapists, acupuncture, endless hours of massage, MAT (Muscle Activation Technician) and nothing worked. I am more than happy with Michael and would recommend him as a physical therapist to any person who can benefit from physical therapy.

This is the first time I have had to go to a PT for back spams. I am very active and want to take of this spams issue before it becomes worst. I really enjoyed the calming atmosphere when I entered the office. Michael clearly communicated what I was to expect and recommendations. The link to exercises I was to do at home are so cool, videos and plan are so clear and easy to follow. I would recommend Micheal to anyone looking for a quality PT!
