  I have been a huge Volvo SUV fan since my first one in 2007. I bought a brand new one in 2016 due to the large amount of business travel I do. On my way from Florida to the Rockies outside of Denver, my engine light came on. Knowing I could not go up to the mountains with that issue, I called this service center and explained my dilemma. I was set up with service advisor Chris, and he was overwhelmingly helpful in squeezing me in first thing the next morning. When I arrived for my appointment, my vehicle was hooked up to a diagnostic computer and a YouTube video was created explaining the issue with my vehicle. It was fairly minor and the cost minimal. I was on my way within a few hours with the issue taken care of. During the entire time I was there, I was communicated with regularly. The entire staff was extremely friendly and upbeat...you could see they enjoyed helping solve customer issues! This dealership takes customer service to the highest level! I highly recommend them!

  Wow, the service staff here is on point! I've been to many Volvo dealerships and they are by far the best. I think it is worth driving 3 states away to have the yearly service done here. Thanks!

  Fantastic experience at McDonald Volvo. As with any organization, it’s the people who make the difference. My compliments to Aucencio Martinez for his polish, professionalism, and patience. Compared to other luxury brands with which I’ve done business in the past - it’ll be hard to not give my business to McDonald Volvo in the future. A 5+ star experience across the board. They strive to rise above.
