My 1960 Mercedes 190 SL project car had not traveled 40 miles under its own power in 40 years. I finally finished the restoration, looked beautiful but I could not get it started. After a year trying to start it, I gave up and had it towed to Sterling Service. In short order John had it running great. After sitting so long, a few hours of driving turned up a number of other problems – brakes, speedometer, several leaks and more. John knew where to get the parts and how to fix all of the problems on this 60-year-old classic.
