  I've never really thought much of the technology in a shoe store but Mr. Geer with polite insistence recommended I try it and pointed out that I tend to walk on the outside of my feet and with this information recommended certain types of shoes I would not have chosen myself. After a week I have definitely noticed I do walk on the outside of my feet and the shoes I bought on his recommendation are the most comfortable shoes I can remember wearing. Professional staff and a great product - I'll be back.

  By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a retail store. I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Gabe. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for shoes in the future. A few weeks later I received a card in the mail thanking me for my purchase. Where else can you get this experience? Keep up the great work!

  BEST costumer service from Robert Krafft! He was amazing! I needed sole support inserts and tennis shoes. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products they had to offer. He found exactly what suited my needs and I am still very happy. To my surprise a few days after my visit to the store, I received a hand written post card from Robert! I highly recommend this NB store!

  Rob Geer is a shining example of how good customer service can be. No sales pressure, very knowledgeable, and professional. Got in and out with the shoes I wanted quickly with no hassle. Thanks Rob!

  Amazing! This was my first experience with New Balance, and I worked with Robert K. from this location, who was patient, courteous and helpful as we tried out several options. When they didn’t have the size that I needed at this location, Robert K. was helpful in calling the Cherry Creek location and having something placed aside for me, ensuring that I would have a smooth and convenient shopping experience! Great products along with personalized service makes for a satisfied customer.
