    I first starting working with Sunburst (formerly Milestone) Shutters in 2006. Every interaction with them has been professional and pleasant. Most recently, I had a Duette that had to be returned to Hunter Douglas for repair. Carissa provided a prompt and accurate estimate about the amount of time that would be required and Gary performed the re-installation safely (in this time of COVID) and quickly. We have 5 more windows for which I’d like to purchase new window treatments and Sunburst is the only vendor I’ll consider.

    I just had my plantation shutters installed this week and love them! From my first contact for a consultation thru installation my experience was great. They made the entire process easy and effortless. They were right on target with delivery date from the time we placed the order in July. The installation was fast and efficient. Gary was even kind enough to do a little touch up painting around the window because “he could tell that area was bothering me”. I highly recommend Gary and Clarissa for your home project. I couldn’t be happier. Thank You

    I had a damaged plantation shutter and received excellent service from Sunburst Shutters. Carisa was pleasant to work with and very helpful throughout the process. She was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, and I am very pleased with the services received!
