    I just want to say that this company didn't give up until they found out what was going on with my furnace. It is 20 years old and to a minute to get it figured out but they didn't give up on it and got it figured out. And got it fixed so I'm very grateful for all the hour's that they put into getting it working again. So if you want a company that cares about your heating and ac you need to call them to take of you. Cause they don't stop until the get it done. Awsome people.

    I called with a leaky boiler and got an appointment for the very next day, which I was very happy about. Then they called and offered to have someone out the same day, about 15 minutes later, so even better! Rob came out and was extremely informative, obviously very experienced. He answered all my questions without hesitation, and explained everything he was doing or looking for. The price for everything was much better than what we were expecting, and we got more for our money than we were expecting. Overall we are so very pleased with the service and will absolutely be going to them from now on with all our boiler problems!!

    Rob came out and fixed the ceiling unit in our kennel. He was quick, friendly and professional. Will definitely keep working with US Mechanical. Highly recommended.

    We had the pleasure of meeting Darren who is very knowledgeable and informative of his job. Darren has been extremely helpful and patient with our boiler giving us so many issues. He has had to return a few times but always does with a warm smile. I highly recommend this company. Chris and Kathy get messages out to the techs in the field quickly and the return phone calls are fast and courteous. Love it!!! Great customer service.

    The service I received was beyond 5 star. If more stars were available I would max them out. The technician (Rob) was very professional/courteous and did a very thorough job. He also recommended a service agreement that would save me hundreds for future issues. The front desk representative (Kathy) was very helpful also. I would highly recommend U.S Mechanical to anyone. Keep up the great work.
