“I'm giving this hotel 4 stars despite not having fully enjoyed all that they offer as I only spent one night and checked in just before the restaurant closed. The room was nice enough although there was (is?) a stain which stretched from the bathroom to the bedside. It was significant enough that the room should not have been available until the carpet was cleaned or replaced. I wasn't bothered enough to request a different room but had I been employed in a position of authority there, it would go unused until the stain was gone. Standards befitting a chain such as the Sheraton don't allow the little things to be missed. Next stay I will be certain to have a meal, a few drinks at the bar, and order room service so that I may provide a more thorough review.”

“Had Extensive hail damage on a 6 month old car, geico had me go there for an estimate and the process was extremely easy. They were up front and accurate with the Expected time to fix it. After the estimate, I decided to go back with them for repair. Once there as they got the car under the lights and began making the fixes they uncovered more damage, but worked directly with my insurer to handle any claims, making it very easy for me. The car looked brand new on delivery and all the windows and electronics worked perfectly. Happy to get my car back in such great condition with almost no pain on my side with administrative tasks along the way.”
