Mimi was very understanding and nice throughout my entire experience, and really worked to get me out at a reasonable hour. She and two other staff members (the whole staff is talented!) did an excellent job on my box braids!! She and her staff even walked me to my car and texted me on the way home to make sure I was safe. As of today, I’ve had my braids in for two weeks, and they’re still looking awesome! Definitely will be back!!”
