“I saw a previous reviewer had a bad experience and I felt compelled to share my family's experience. My son has always had difficulties paying attention and having a lack of confidence. He started going to ATA Karate Denver back in July and we have seen a VAST improvement. He does his chores without being asked, he's able to speak up for himself, and he feels like he could defend himself if he needed to. The staff here is amazing and in particular, there is a black belt named Matthew that Cayden especially looks up to and hopes is helping at every class he goes to. Suffice to say, ATA is DEFINITELY worth the money and they even have a 30 day free trial you can use to ensure that it really is the right place for you and your family. I highly recommend them.”

“Having been to this school for almost 3 years, I can attest that the school, the instructors, and Mr. Shields himself are of great quality and character. Not only will you learn applicable self defense that is based on real-world situations, you will become conditioned and gain self confidence. My son attends the school as well, at the age of 6. In the 3 years attending, he has developed into a more confident and driven child. He doesn't allow bullying to occur in school, understands the concepts of respect and structure, and is learning much in how to take care of himself. He also absolutely loves the classes and has a blast. My wife attends the kickboxing classes regularly and enjoys them greatly. Classes are friendly and inviting while also giving her the work out she is looking for. By and large, if you are looking for a school that is warm and family oriented while also giving you proper instruction on technique, conditioning, self-defense, and self-improvement, this is a fabulous location.”

The classes are small and the coaches know you by name and you get individual attention each class. They hire great coaches who know how to instruct and correct and you always come out of class better than you went in. “I have experienced two tests at Mountain Sleep Diagnostics to determine if I had a sleep disorder and to ascertain the extent and severity of the disorder. Allison K. was the tech that I worked with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly which instills confidence and reduces anxiety. She explains equipment and procedures in easy to understand language and displays a sense of humor when faced with difficult personalities. The report of the first test was sent to my primary doctor promptly and the arrangements for the second test were easy to make. I expect the same from the second test and if a third test is indicated by the severity and extent of the problem I will expect nothing but the best again.”
