“So I'm a pretty high-stress guy. I'm all about catching every detail. Having Tony and Cindy walk us through the sell and buy process took a ton of the weight off my shoulders. They walked us through the whole thing from prioritizing items prior to selling, to pointing out the 'gotcha' spots to avoid, to explaining all the details of the contract and every other step to getting the keys. They had a great team of contractor contacts and an awesome finance guy as well. And when all was done they followed up to make sure all was well. I will also say that it was incredibly important that they had their additional education in appraising and pricing so that for every house it wasn't a guess or gut feel, but based on hours-long number crunching they had done. But for me, in the end, it's all about the trust. The above items could likely be handled by another experienced and competent real estate agent. But what really makes these guys totally unique is that they have all this knowledge and expertise AND I knew that Tony and Cindy had our best interest at heart. Knowing that they were committed to making this work for us and had all the ability to do so allowed us to just breath and let them lead.
