I’ve actually had normal/pleasant interactions with staff, even with a defective kids headphone return sans receipt. I gave 4 stars because there were a few identical items I found elsewhere cheaper, BUT the overall pricing of their merchandise is very competitive with what you’d find at Ross or other discount stores.”
