I rented a 10X15 foot unit from July to March and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. No issues with bugs or rats. Even though, the units are not gated, the location is in a safe area, there are alway other renters on-site looking after each other and the staff makes sure to constantly surveying the property for suspicious behavior. John Ammon is friendly and dedicated to his job.
Rent is on a month-to-moth basis with no long contract or strings attached. In Boulder, you cannot beat this price.
