The guys here are always super helpful and go out of their way to help customers. There is always more than one person on the counter. I love this store.

I called to ask for an oil I needed and they were helpful and friendly over the phone. They didn’t have me waiting a long time like other stores. Will come back again.

Stuff are pretty knowledgeable and they have always dealt with any issue that came up. Such and selling me the wrong brake rotars, which was partly my own fault.

The reason I took a star is because they don't offer any curbside assistance. Every auto parts store I've ever been to had a code reader on hand they would bring out for you. These guys acted like I was some kind of freeloader for even asking and then tried to sell me a $100 code reader. No thanks guys.

All of the sales associates are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I've been doing business with them for over 2 years now and I'm hooked for life. I've never once provided with the incorrect part. I'd drive 3 hours out of my way if I had to to get my parts from them just to avoid having to deal with the standard big name parts stores that tend to have sales associates with very little knowledge.

Popped in for a bolt, ended up buying much more. Great help behind the counter. Non-intimidating, My wife would feel comfortable there, its not an auto store that makes you feel like an idiot if your not mechanical. I purchased a 12 volt battery charger for less than the cost on Amazon after UPS damage mine. Good staff, good prices.
