I had tried traditional therapy when I was dealing with my depression and anxiety but it only gave me an outlet to speak, it didn't help to treat the depression. I started seeing Michael after 9 months of traditional therapy and prescription SSRI's. Within months Michael gave me the tools to help heal myself and make me stronger going forward. I was told I would probably be on my prescriptions for my entire life but within months of seeing Michael I was able to ween myself off of them and I don't take anything anymore (and I feel better than ever).

I've been seeing Michael for a few years now and every session gives me something to think about and helps me to overcome challenges in my life. Michael truly takes the time to get to know and help his clients. He makes you feel like you matter and you can tell her cares about you and your struggles. I absolutely recommend seeing Michael for anything you're struggling with.

Michael Vladeck believed in us. He saw the greater good, the possiblities of getting what we wanted when I had lost hope. When I focused on the problems, he got me, and without judgement or investment he gently helped me open space inside for the solution. Michael helped my family find our way back home, to ourselves, and each other.

Michael Vladeck is the epitome of a mentor. His coaching/mentoring techniques and teachings are unique unlike any other — I can tell he does this work straight from his heart, as he provides unarguable truths and viewpoints that resonate with my heart. I have a history of going through many therapists, psychotherapists, coaches, and doctors with no avail for me getting out of my depressive and self-destructive state of being. When I first saw Michael, I knew he had no agenda and did not want to impose his truth onto me; what he did was help me get back in touch with my OWN truth through counseling and meditation techniques. I recommend Michael to anyone who is ready to find peace and shine bright in this lifetime.

I met Michael via a school program on kids and screen time. I was thoroughly impressed with this talk so approached him to discuss my kids and strategies to support them.
It quickly grew into meaningful life coaching discussions that were equally beneficial to my personal and professional life.

Michael came into my life at a very challenging time- I was going through a divorce, feeling despondent, directionless and very unsure of myself in it all. Michael helped me to see my inner strength, wisdom and inherent beauty. Through my work with him, I was able to see myself as a strong and capable human with an immense capacity for love and compassion. He was also integral in helping me communicate with my young daughter about my divorce and to help model for her what a happy loving parent can look like. I would not be on the path I am on today had it not been for the blessing of Michael in my life.
