  Dr. Groover is so knowledgeable and intelligent. Everything he does is backed by science and the use of data via X-rays and strength testing. I have seen NUCCA doctors before him and love the practice, but he takes it to another level with his comprehensive screening. His method really saved my quality of life as I have always struggled with low back pain. I am so grateful for Dr. Groover and I wish more chiropractors adopted his method. I say so many times that everyone would benefit from coming to Dr. Groover - I am positive he can help you with your pain like he did for me! Thank you Dr. Groover!!

  Dr. Groover has been exceptional. His willingness to slow down, understand, properly diagnose and employ effective treatments has been a welcomed change from normal chiropractic experiences. From shoulders to necks to legs....his treatments have kept me ACTIVE, HEALTHY and MOTIVATED to pursue quality care in all aspects of my life. Truly, I would recommend no other Dr. as fervently as I would recommend Dr. Groover.

  Dr. Groover is truly the best!I should mention before seeing him, I had been a skeptic and thought that only medical doctors could help me. I had gone to him with excruciating pain in my neck, shoulders, elbow and hips that I've dealt with for years. I had gotten to where I couldn't turn my head to the left and could hardly walk. Dr. Groover is very easy to talk to, pleasant and shows compassion. He is methodical and precise in his methods in getting to the root of the problem and eliminating it. He is not a hit and miss chiropractor. After working with him, my hip problems, neck and shoulder problem and elbow pain have been cleared. Dr. Groover has brought my quality of life back to me and I can't thank him enough! I recommend him very highly!

  I have had debilitating neck issues for over 12 years, due to scoliosis and congenital spinal abnormalities. Other issues tied in to the neck pain include high anxiety and depression, digestive distress, and insomnia. I saw several chiropractors who use an upper cervical technique that worked fairly well for about 8 years. However, in all that time, I never felt my spine to be stable, and I was always ultra cautious around any activity that involved my neck or spine (like bending, looking up, etc). I thought I was destined for a life of significantly reduced mobility, and inevitable chronic discomfort--and I had come to accept it.
  
  Suddenly, however, the upper cervical adjustments I was receiving stopped working; I was finding myself stiff, in pain, and unable to exercise. After 6 months, highly frustrated, I started researching other types of upper cervical chiropractic care. I stumbled on Dr. Tom Groover, and was a little overwhelmed at the initial costs. However, I was in such misery that I decided to try it. That was the best decision I ever made!
  
  Dr. Groover is more thorough than any other chiropractic doctor I have ever seen. He spent 6 hours testing and taking very specific X-rays before he ever adjusted me! And the results have been nothing less than amazing. I am out of pain, sleeping better, and able to (cautiously) do light exercise in just 3 weeks! Unlike the other doctors, he targeted curvatures in all areas of my spine. He also gives lifestyle recommendations for neck strengthening and protection that are very helpful.
  
  5 stars aren't enough! As of this moment, I feel like Dr. Groover saved my life!

  I had resigned myself to the fact that I would probably be living in pain for the rest of my life after having been to 15+ chiropractors nationwide and not experiencing long term healing. I am now living pain free, and I only see Dr. Groover every few months for maintenance visits. Simply living pain free is incredible, but I have also experienced increased performance in sports and in the gym. I am now in the best shape of my life enjoying all of the things I love to do, and I owe that to Dr. Groover. He is the only chiropractor that I trust, and he is the only chiropractor I refer people to. If you are serious about your health and you are looking for long term healing and health benefits you owe it to yourself to pay Dr. Groover a visit.
