    After years of not being consistent with any type of exercise and finding myself terribly resistant to joining a gym, a friend suggested that I call Mireille at Boulder Personal Training. I was scared to make the call, but.... I did.... and I have to admit that it was one of the best calls I've ever made :).

    Unlike my perception of personal trainers, Mireille is caring, and real -- more like a friend than a coach barking orders at me! And I LOVE that she comes to my house...

    My resistance is gone. We have an appointment, I get in my workout clothes, and we do it. That's all there is to it.

    I'm finally exercising and getting fit. Wow. Can't believe it!
