(October 9, 2018, 12:33 pm)The trip was fantastic. Our three leaders, Lauren, Maggie & Kevin, were on top of everything every step of the way. The food was really good and varied. Loved those blueberry pecan pancakes!!! We didn't want for anything - the gear Lauren took supplied us with all the comforts of home. Kevin led us in Yoga and taught us so much about the practice - I've practiced yoga for years and he taught me sooo much. Thanx Kevin! and what a gentle beautiful person he is. I look forward to taking a class with him in Longmount the next time I'm in CO. It rained a lot but Lauren's packing list had us covered so we kept warm and dry even through downpours. The solo was an experience for me. I wasn't really buying into it but I do now. It has helped me move forward in a personal goal and I feel so strong as I begin to reach that goal. Lauren, Maggie and everyone else helped guide me thru this experience & I so appreciate them. I must say I had shoulder issues and everyone pitched in to give me a hand when I needed it - I'll never be able to show them how much I appreciated it. This group was there for me and for each other when needed. I strongly suggest going on the next yoga/canoe trip - actually, any trip Lauren plans - what a leader: prepared, loving, gentle, calm, etc. etc....

(September 18, 2018, 5:35 pm)The Green River in southeastern Utah meanders north to south, where it meets the Colorado River. Intense blue sky and stunning red sandstone walls contrast with the river to make a dramatic scenario. Our leader, Lauren, and guides, Dawn, Kathy, and Sofia, were multi-talented, organized, efficient, and companionable. More than that, Lauren provided us with meaningful and personal pathways to expand our individual self knowledge and our lives. All the women who guided us made themselves available for conversations. All nine of us women were integral to the trip.

(July 20, 2018, 6:39 pm)Lauren, Kathy, and Amanda are great guides and will make you feel so awesome and relaxed on the river. I highly recommend booking with The River’s Path for an amazing way to see Northern Colorado! The guides pointed out a lot of wildlife along the way and were very helpful when I managed to turn our canoe 360 degrees. Honestly, I can’t recommend them enough.

(July 4, 2018, 4:35 pm)Lauren is an excellent and playful guide. After providing a "how to paddle 101 & safety" talk, she guided us and another couple down the St Vrain for a half-day tour. We stopped to swim and skip rocks from time to time, ate lunch, and generally relaxed and enjoyed this July 4th holiday in nature. Lauren's love of the river is apparent and she isn't shy about sharing her knowledge of it and its inhabitants. The birds were abundant, we saw deer, and an owl being berated by blackbirds!
