I met Kristen many years ago when our kids were in preschool and we reunited again now that they are in grade school. Kristen is what I refer to as "good people". She is as genuine as it comes and you always get the feeling she's listening when you talk, really listening. She is kind, acts with integrity, and is just fun to be with. I am honored to be in her circle of friends.

Kristen has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. Before working with her, I was working with an LPC who was great for me for a few years, but I found myself seeking therapy with an LPC but that was also coming from a source of spirituality. Then I learned about and met Kristen! I've been working with Kristen through a few seasons of life now– from losing my mother, working through multi-generational family trauma, romantic relationship, and starting my own business. Kristen holds me accountable and she teaches and gives me the tools to heal, grow, and come home to myself. She is a very dear ally to me and is a blessing to this world.

Kristen is a warm, open and honest woman. You will immediately feel her warm presence in conversation. She is non judgmental, curious, open minded and thoughtful. She has incredible insight into relationships, motherhood and lifestyle. I treasure all advice she has rendered in my life. She is a master of her craft and is constantly learning and growing to be more effective at the services she provides.
