Marv's Quality Towing Inc

Once AAA got the right towing company, Marv’s, the truck showed up very quickly. John, the driver. Was very nice and friendly. Got the tire changed quickly and got me on my way. Kudos to the dispatchers at Marv’s and especially to John, who was great!

So today my alternator went out on me. I called 3 towing places all quoting me $200+ a tow. I called Marvs towing and only quoted $100 for the hook and tow. Andy who works for Marvs towing showed up and came to my rescue and towed me quickly and efficiently. Andy was super super sweet, nice, kind and helpful. I definitely didn’t think today was ever going to turn out well and then here comes Andy making my day so much better. I will only choose Marvs towing from here on out. This man deserves a raise or promotion or something!! Andy is a huge asset to Marvs. Thank you so much Marvs Towing and Andy!! Much love

Tire blew on a day that I had several critical meetings and did not have time to deal with it. John came out while I was working and got my spare installed, but noticed the spare had low air pressure. So, he followed me to the gas station to make sure the tire was safe and even paid for the air, because he had loose change he wanted to get rid of! :) He was extremely kind and positive and his help was much appreciated!

My whole experience with Marv's was exceptional from the time I made a desperate phone call this morning until the moment they dropped my Jeep Rubicon off at it's destination. The gal who took my call went above and beyond to have my Jeep towed. I had a time constraint and she did everything she could to accommodate it. John and Corey arrived quickly and were able to get my Jeep out of an underground garage with no problem. They were fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. Everyone was fantastic! They made a chaotic situation for me sane and incredibly easy.

This company’s kindness is everything. The man that I spoke with on the phone was very polite and accommodating. The guy that was sent to tow my car went above and beyond for me. My bumper was almost completely off and instead of towing my car and having me pay something that wasn’t necessary, he went out of his way to pop my bumper back into my car the best he could. He also had me follow him to a close by gas station, where I bought electrical tape and he personally put it on for me and told me how to fix my bumper when I get the chance to. When I thanked him profusely, he said “of course, I just don’t want to have to tow someone who really doesn’t need it”. I’m a 23 year old girl who doesn’t know a whole lot about cars and he didn’t take advantage of that at all. I don’t know his name but he deserves a raise.
