I highly recommend Allyson as I have worked with her through recovery from shoulder replacement surgery along with knee surgery all related to arthritis. She is extremely honest , focused and knowledgeable regarding you as an individual and offers her expertise in a kind and gentle way that you can trust. Her goal is to get you back to the best that you can be.

Allyson is the VERY BEST physical therapist I have ever worked with, and at age 81 (me:-), that’s quite a few! Not only is she professionally super knowledgable, but she is also SO fun to work with; very smart, witty, and just plain a joy to be with for our allotted time. IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone better than Allyson!

She and I have used our conversations to determine how to proceed with her hands-on work, which has been very effective for me. Allyson is very skilled with trigger point needle work, soft tissue massage, and overall diagnosis.

She is always our first stop to get guidance and treatment on orthopedic issues. If an issue is beyond her toolkit, she is honest about it and recommends alternatives.
