These guys are fantastic. Bought the Fox 40 forks in black and they were at my door in two days. They were the only company that had them in stock. Then a few weeks later I saw they had the orange ones back in stock. They let me mail the black ones back for the orange forks no questions asked. Their customer service is second to none. If you’re looking for the Fox 40 forks, this is the only place to go. All other websites are back ordered.

Can you say speedy? Man is this shop amazing, the inventory is like a candy store for mountain bikers. They got the last part I needed to complete my build to me in 2 days!!! Colorado to Vancouver BC Canada in 2 days! They were also the only shop which had what I needed (Magura MT7 Raceline). Friendly service and quick to respond. I will most definitely be buying from here again.

Best shop I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Super great customer service. Professional. Inquired about a particular set of brakes (Dominion A4's) I wasn't sure we're in stock. Ethan said he had some in stock, and I had a tracking number by the end of the day. Will be using this shop moving forward.

Awesome shop! I emailed them late at 12:11AM to check if a DHX2 I needed was in stock, and I received a confirmation reply from Ethan at 12:23AM. I ordered it, it was shipped the same day via UPS, and I received it two days later. Not only was my shock in stock, when it's super hard to find anywhere else, but their customer service is great! What more can you ask for?

I am often ultra critical of customer service as a former business owner and someone who believes customer service is a lost art. With that said, I was blown away by the customer service at Dirt Merchant. I had written them to inquire about a specific fork but Ethan's honest and objective feedback steered me in a different direction. Ethan was always quick to response regardless of the time of day. His responses were thorough and pleasant every time. When I decided to purchase the fork (out of state) the fork was in the mail immediately. They just gained a loyal customer. Well done, guys.
