  I ordered Fringe Pizza for the first time last night, I went ahead and gave them five stars because I know they just opened a couple weeks ago, which means they are probably still working out the kinks. A few areas are needed for improvement that I'd like to point out. #1 - The pizzas are far too small for the price, I think kicking the size up 2-3 inches would do the price justice, Two ~10in pizzas for $30.00 is a little spendy.. #2 The flour they are using has too much elasticity, this could be a result of poor proofing. When the pizza cools, the crust becomes rubbery... #3 I get it, the uncut pizza presentation, reflects a rustic and authentic feel, however.... the pizza needs to be cut upon pickup. Overall pizza has great taste and is a must try for the Gunbarrel area. (True Evaluation = B-)

  To be fair, Fringe deserves 4.5 stars.. The pizza dough is quite excellent, sauce simple and has well balanced acidity (as it should) the lamb pepperoni was quite good and distinct. My only small critiques are as follows; a strict to-go should have a either a lunch special at something less than double digits ($12 for a margherita) and I feel all the pizzas are a little spendy for a non-sit-down restaurant. Please don't get me wrong, it's a darn well made pizza, but it would be great to have an $8-$9 pizza that would be an easy lunch alternative to everything else fast casual in Gunbarrel.

  AWESOME PIZZA! The employees were nothing but kind and accommodated our food allergies . Aside from that the pizza is also amazing. Love how thin it was and how long they cooked it. Best Za in Gunbarrel far and away. Will be back!
