I found Jayma just in time. I was diagnosed with sever PTSD and I sincerely did not see a light at the end of the tunnel. Hour by hour, day by day, week by week, month by month, a light appeared. I connected with Jayma about 18 months ago, and I'm so grateful that I did - she has been a godsend for me and my family. I've worked with her one-on-one, in several couples sessions with my husband, and she has also done sessions with my 7-year-old son. Jayma's unique techniques with energy therapy and talk therapy have helped me process and heal from several deaths in the family, and conquer the demons of anxiety and depression that I have struggled with since my teenage years.

When my son's teacher mentioned that he could use some help with his anxiety, I immediately took him to Jayma, knowing she could help him with tools to manage his anxiety and hopefully avoid a lot of the struggles I had as a teenager and young adult.
