Robin's Nest Retreats

Just took Robin's Paleo class- it was Fun, Delicious, and packed with great info. Came away with yummy recipes and wonderful inspiration!!

I have taken one of Robin’s retreats and can only say it is a game changer. She is generous with her time and a wealth of information.

Robin helped me see how the types of foods I was choosing were keeping me stuck in a pattern of low energy and lack of weight loss. She taught me to quick, delicious easy-to-prepare meals that fill me up and I thoroughly enjoy, but still allow me to lose weight. She helped me see that taking care of myself didn't have to take a ton of time or cost a fortune! I am very grateful to Robin and credit her with helping me improve the quality of my life.

Robin's healthy lifestyle mentoring is now a regular part of my life! Yes, she is motivational and inspiring but she's also an amazing chef and teacher. She taught me how to make Robin's Nest meals and I now cook them regularly for my family. Thank you Robin!

I can’t say enough good about Robin’s retreats! Not only did I have a great time and really enjoy the foods, but more importantly walked away with a true understanding of how our bodies deal with food! I no longer second guess this diet versus that one as I feel I gained an overall deeper understanding altogether. Think of canyon ranch, social club, fine dining, and a true medical nutritional conference all wrapped up in one. She broke down what seemed intimidating, undoable and daunting into simple and easy segments. You can ease into the approach because all the food that she presents are beautifully prepared and delicious, and then she shows you exactly how you CAN put this into your own daily routine. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!
