Called the Blaine North location looking for a recommended solution for a bed that was too tall. The man that answered was very helpful in providing suggestions. A few days later, in store, we were met with a helpful, courteous representative. We were able to quickly make our purchase and schedule it for next day delivery. Later that night we received a window of time for delivery and 15 minutes before arrival, they let us know they were on their way. The delivery men were friendly and quick. All interactions have been very pleasant, the recommended solution is perfect. We would recommend the Mattress Firm Blaine North location for anyone looking.

My wife and I came in a month ago to buy our orthopedic bed.. We also purchased the adustable frame it took us a couple weeks to get adjusted to it and we are in love with it. I have never slept as good as I do now.

The best part about this whole experience was the level of customer service We received from the store manager Ryan and one of the sales guy I believe his name is Michael they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

After a Month after buying our bed I came into the store and Ryan said they had a special promotion for Labor Day and he applied that promotion to my sale from the previous month I couldn’t be any happier with the level of service they provided. I will definitely be recommending this store to family and friends they definitely deserve 10 stars.

Where would we be without Cooper Auto? They maintain our entire fleet along with our personal vehicles. We have tried many mechanics. Too many. None can compare. They are honest, knowledgeable, and their customer service is top notch. Do yourself a favor, start using these guys. The absolute best in the game!

I was recommended to Cooper's by a neighbor. She was recommended Cooper's buy a couple other people. I've taken a couple different cars to them for work and always happy with my experience. As a woman I have experience many of those automotive repair shops that try to take advantage of a woman who may not know about her car. I do know a lot about cars and always shocked how many of those shops are out there! Coopers is NOT one of those. Honest and not in the biz of adding repairs that are nit needed! Plus Eric has the best customer service In the industry and is the reason I will keep taking my car and recommending others to take their cars to Coopers. Eric even took the time one day when I called to talk to somebody about a potential vehicle my son was going to buy. Being as knowledgeable as he is he told me what to look for, what to expect and gave us the tools to make sure we weren't buying a lemon. Take your car to Coopers!! I will be back and highly recommend them to you!

Our experiences at Cooper's continue to be positive. We had three cars serviced today. All were done properly, completed on time, and the staff was professional. I use only Cooper's for my automotive services and repairs due to their honesty and competency. Good place to get really good service at a fair price.

The team helped me arrange a flatbed service and then replaced my water pump, radiator hoses, and belts. Right the first time. On time, great communication, clean shop and waiting room, fair price. Highly recommend!
