(February 12, 2019, 10:26 am)When I arrived yesterday, there were clients ahead of me who made an appointment. It was explained to me, very clearly, what my wait would be and was offered several options. I decided to wait since the environment was not only clean but warm, inviting and friendly. The service advisor here is most definitely an asset to this business but has also gained a lifetime patron. I will not be going anywhere else. There is a sense of integrity, honesty as well as punctuality -without cutting on quality. Never going anywhere else.

(October 6, 2018, 12:04 pm)Very good experience. Had an oil change and quote on tires/brakes. Prices were reasonable and Jamie was great to work with. Quick turn around on the oil change.
Definitely will be coming back for any additional car care needs.

(June 2, 2018, 7:36 pm)This place is awesome! No Chevy dealerships were open (as it of course it is a Saturday) so I called Pep Boys. Hysterical and in tears over my car (last people put WAY stop much oil in it so smoke was blowing out everywhere and I couldn’t go above 30mph!) a lovely man named Mark answered the phone. As I’m sitting there crying trying to explain what’s going on with my car, he assures me that everything would be alright and that they would take care of me and figure out what’s going on with the car.
I arrive and Mark instantly begins the process to figure out what’s going on. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and Tyler even educated me on what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I was out within an hour and a half with no appointment made before hand which was great. The wait time at my regular Chevy dealer usually is HOURS.
Walking into Pep Boys, I was a mess with my eyes full of tears and very little hope that my car was going to drive again. Now I am leaving with my car completely back to normal, new knowledge on my car and the biggest smile across my face! Thank you to Mark, Tyler and everyone at Pep Boys for taking care of me and my car throughout this incredibly stressful process! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
