Amazing experience here w/Jake & team. Jake helped get me moving again, and moving better and stronger. Does a great job of demonstrating and communicating movements. Been very beneficial.

Love the space! Very open, bright, and clean. Jake and Traci are knowledgeable coaches with whom I've worked for a few years.

Traci has been treating my chronic headaches and migraines and I have to say, thank GOD for her. I love how she combines manual therapy with active training. My neck, head, and shoulders feel great after my sessions with her.

Also, I very much appreciate a space that smells GOOD - I love the CBD that Optimal uses (Cannakoru, offered at the studio!), and the option to have essential oils diffused. The use of these things makes it so much easier for me to relax. Ask about the white flower oil! :)

I LOVE TRACI AND BRIDGETS kinstretch and FRC classes. I have been working with them consistently for about 2 years and I can’t recommend them more. As I’m a hairstylist, yoga instructor, and am highly active they saved me from chronic injuries I was suffering from. Teaching me how to prevent and control my body movements from getting hurt and how to improve my physical being in a 360 way. If you are suffering from an injury, or just want to excel your works out and level up please check them out. They are incredible and they are hilarious which is just a great added bonus!

Kin stretch with Jake has been amazing. As a desk jockey, and someone who started without great posture (rolled shoulders, slightly rounded back, prone to butt tuck when back squatting) my mobility is now better than it's been in at least the last 10 years. As is my posture and the way I feel. For an older athlete, trail runner, ultra runner, skimo, alpine skier, mountain and road biker, hiker, adventurer, and the guy who always says yes. Well that guy is about to turn 50. Keeping all the parts working properly is priceless. Kin stretch is far from sexy, or fast. Kin stretch is work, but when completed I feel as if I have more room in my body, a better range of motion and that I have more control over that range. Basically I feel better and have stayed injury free while gaining the ability to train and perform on a daily basis, pretty cool. Personally at 50, I'm staying in the game while others my age have tapped out. I'm far from done doing the things I love, and taking care of my joints and movement patterns is key.

At the moment my strength numbers are nearly at all time highs. When deadlifting or squatting I'm able to get into a much better, and safer body position then before. A surprising bonus.

Kin stretch, while it won't provide you with huge muscles or amazing endurance. Kin stretch can provide one with a solid foundation, a better range of motion, improved balance, healthier joints, and reduced stiffness. Kin stretch combined with hard work, consistency, and dedication over time enables you to do whatever it is you want. Priceless

I love Jake's Kinstretch classes! He is so knowledgable about the human body and knows exactly how to get you to your safe edge and build strength. This studio is gorgeous and spacious as well. AND there's a parking lot. 10/10 would recommend.
