Mike is the absolute best landlord I have had the pleasure of renting from in the 15 years I have been renting! He truly cares about his tenants. Any issue we've ever had has been resolved immediately. I've never gotten the run-around about any repairs that have needed done. The building I currently reside in has had a massive face lift since he took over and he has done wonders with this property! Part of that face lift involved putting in new windows and unfortunately our window a/c unit would no longer fit with the new windows. To my surprise, Mike actually purchased us a new unit that would work with the new windows!! This meant so much to me especially in the midst of covid when we were experiencing a drop in income. He could have easily told me sorry, it's not our job to provide a/c units (bc really, it's not) but he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable this summer. While we were still able to pay our rent in full and on time each month since all the covid shutdowns happened, Mike still made sure to let us know he was there for us if we couldn't pay and needed to work something out. Having Mike as a landlord is definitely a huge perk to living here! It's not often you find a landlord who goes above and beyond for his tenants and I feel lucky to have him as our landlord! My parents are retired and were looking for a home, but unfortunately they were looking at homes in a mountain town two hours away. I called Mike Baucom to see if he could give me a referral in the area in which my parents were looking. Instead of giving me a referral he simply said that he would "be Glad' to take care of them. He jumped in his car and picked my parents up and drove them two hours to their destination. He spent the entire day with them, found them an incredible home and they closed it a month later. Saying that Mike went above and beyond that day for two people I love more than I can say is a complete understatement. In my opinion, Mike has given a new definition to customer service in the real estate industry and I would refer him to anyone.

Mike Baucom has been helping us for several years with property management and real estate purchasing. He helped us immensely with rehabbing one apartment building and his ideas saved us thousands of dollars. He handled everything from the city to contractors. Also, our tenants have been very happy with his management. We were lucky to have found him!! His integrity and work ethic are to be commended.
