A couple of weeks ago he replaced, free of charge, defective paint on guardrails, although the company that was supposed to guarantee it had gone out of business..
Everything he has done for us has been of the highest quality in every respect. He is rightfully proud of his work, and we take pride in showing it to our friends. They all comment on how elegant and sturdy it is. We feel very luckY to know somebody works so consistently to such high standards.. -

We are extremely happy with his extensive knowledge of woods and all other building materials to be used in the job. We both feel he is a master of all kinds of construction, both designing and execution. All aspects of the financial side are professionally done. We are totally satisfied with both decks. Adrian’s creative suggestions are excellent. Also, he is a great communicator.

(May 17, 2017, 3:43 pm)Adrian spent considerable time with us trying to make our deck project work for our space. In the end we could not pursue the project, but found Adrian to be very knowledgeable and patient.

(September 26, 2016, 12:54 pm)Although I did not go with 3model, Adrian was thorough and willing to do whatever it took to help. He talked with the county regarding code requirements and provided me a bid very quickly.
I hope to work with him in the future.
