  Receptionist is a little cold and disconnected (heard her shopping for her own skin care and more interested in that than she was for the concerned patients and parents entering the waiting room). But the doctor and her supporting staff once you are in an exam room are super down to earth and really informative and supportive. If it wasn't for the doc and her supporting medical staff, the rating would be much lower. First impressions are so super important. The front desk needs a little more finesse. Otherwise, the actual care is great.

  Unforeseen issues with other patient surgeries caused our appointment to get re-scheduled. After talking to Dr. Raisch he agreed to come in on his day off to perform the surgery on our son. Going above and beyond is the least I can say. He truly does care about his patients and wants the best for them.

  Dr. Kristen Baird is everything you could ask for in a dermatologist, and more. My husband saw her about some age spots and a large mole on his back. She took care of them, but also noticed a mole between his underarm and breast, which she removed and sent for a biopsy. It was basal cell carcinoma. The surgery was outpatient in her office. I was allowed to stay with him during the procedure. As he was being prepped, Dr. Baird noticed a lot of dark bruising on my arms and asked about them. When the surgery was over and we were getting checked out, Dr. Baird asked us to wait a moment while she wrote something down. She handed me a note with instructions for treating the bruises. I wasn't even her patient, but she saw a problem, asked about it, and offered treatment advice.
