EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Misplaced my dog's rabies tag collar and needed certification of rabies vaccine for travel the night before departure. Anthony went to the clinic after hours and emailed me the documentation. Way above and beyond!!! Great vet care and service all around!!

I cannot express the gratitude I have for this Dr. Gilbert and the staff at Clover Basin. It really is all about my cats. My cats are the only kids I will ever have and I always look for the best for them. Dr. Gilbert treats my cats like they are her own. She is always kind considerate and her, and her team work quickly in emergency situations, like not being able to access the right medication. I love this vet clinic so much.

Maggie, my 10 year old dog somehow ended up breaking a tooth and the tooth became assessed while we were traveling. They got us in quick and were so kind to her and us. No surprise charges. Highly recommend.

Clover Basin is simply phenomenal. The team looked after my aging French Bulldog, Norman with the utmost care and treated him like family. Despite me being new to Colorado, I immediately felt like a valued client with fair prices and customer service that exceeded all expectations. Most surprising, was after Norman past away, I received a hand-written card from the entire Clover Basin staff expressing their heartfelt sentiments. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants their pets to be met with extraordinary care.
