  This storage facility is 5 stars plus! It is always clean and quiet. It is well lit, secure, and safe. Also, Christina is amazing! She was always responsive and helpful when you needed, her staff was friendly and provided great customer service. Christina went above and beyond to be helpful with both the move in and when we emptied the unit.

  I highly recommend the Guardian Storage in Longmont. The facility is very clean and secure. Christina, the property manager is great to work with. She goes out of her way to make a move and storage simple.

  I am a new customer of Guardian Storage in Longmont and the experience could not have been better or easier. Kelsey was great to work with and helped me with all of my questions/needs! The facility is very nice, secure, and safe and I trust my belongings being stored there and highly recommend them!

  Update: The move out process was super easy and transparent!
  
  Also, very shortly after my review it looks like the management addressed my issue with the carts!
  
  I was only here for a short term (about 1.5 months), and the staff was super easy to work with, and gave me a great level of customer service. They were able to easily get me a storage unit that fit my needs. They were also very willing to work with my short term rental, and were still able to find me a deal/promotion to help me.
  
  The location is well lit, and I felt confident with the (modern) security of their facility. I do appreciate that they had some large carts to use for the indoor units. Which made my many small trips to and from much easier.
  
  The staff has also been very polite, and provided excellent customer service - no only with the initial encounter. But also, when recently I had a question about something, my email was responded to promptly and professionally. Thanks again.
  
  The only thing negative thing that I would have to say, which I must note I never brought it up to the management - so it would be unfair to "ding" them for it. That would be the carts themselves. The grab handles on the carts look as though they have never been cleaned, there's a decent amount of accumulation of grime and grease, and more often than not they leave your hands a little "tacky" after use, not a big deal. But I thought I would throw it out there.
