  Kru Scott Meier and his team are top-notch professionals who run a cozy feeling business that offers personal connection and commitment to excellence. We are particularly impressed and inspired by Kru Meier’s natural ability to bring out the best in children by commanding rather than demanding their respect, by his modeling of politeness, compassion and perseverance. Unlike other martial arts places in town, Itsera is incredibly dedicated to the family and to fitness. The gym has a formal feel in terms of technical skill being taught, with a relaxed vibe that makes for a perfect blend of technique, discipline, and fun.   We love Itsera! Their instructors are wonderful. My son is in the Juniors class and it is a great environment (and a great workout) for him. I highly recommend Itsera.

  If you want to develop your muay thai skills or keep your kids active, Itsera is a great place! They offer an excellent children’s class. The instructors are quite exceptional in their ability to provide a fun workout for kids while simultaneously emphasizing the importance of personal character. Likewise, the adult muay thai classes are great. The curriculum is comprehensive and emphasizes the development of technically correct skills. In addition, the environment is not intimidating, due largely to the atmosphere created by the head instructors but also because the students are supportive and friendly. I’m a huge fan of Itsera!

  We are exceptionally pleased with our year at Itsera as a family. Kids love it & take pride in their accomplishments. The instructors have high expectations on the kids' efforts & behavior - which pays off. In return the kids are treated with great respect & integrity. We have already recommended Itsera to several adults & families.
