    Mary has worked extremely hard with me doing strain counter strain. A technique designed to relieve foot pain caused by PF.

    I spent an hour there and I can touch my toes. We have my pain at a manageable level. I can tie my shoelaces and walk. And what a neighborhood. thank you doctors oh I mean therapist for relief from my pain.

    Through targeted exercise and physical therapy, Mary resolved my neck pain. And she was a life saver for my daughter, who experienced months of knee pain that doctors were not able to diagnose. Nothing showed up on imaging. Mary determined it was the plica causing the pain, and the doctor was able to resolve with surgery. Through physical therapy with Mary, my daughter has full mobility and is pain free now!
