Have been living here now for about 2 years and very happy with the complex and community within.
The maintenance manager, Philip, is the best and always gets any issue resolved quickly - as well as the front office staff, Rebecca, Sophia, and Corey.
They are all very welcoming and friendly!
Amenities are amazing too and well taken care of!

We just moved to Colorado & couldn’t be happier with our choice in moving to Union Pointe! We have met such a great community of people, it has a beautiful pool & hangout area, they love pets & provide a doggy spa & dog run! The staff is always helpful, whether it’s Phil with handy work, or the awesome girls in the office Rebecca & Sophia. You are always greeted with a warm welcome & immediate help if needed. We love it here, especially our kids. They have a small park next to the pool, tons of adorable paths for walking & located about 5 mins from an 8 out of 10 rated elementary school district!
Our second year at UP and we are very pleased by all the kind and patient staff. Maintenance is on point, fast, and very friendly (thanks Philip!). Location is great too, you got Costco, Union Reservoir, the new Climbing Collective gym, breweries and so much more under 10 minutes away. The community here is great; many families, middle age, young couples, and some lovely older age folk. Pool is always warm and ready! You’ll love it —
A great place to live! The amenities are a huge plus - hot tub/pool, gym, lounge area with pool table and kitchen, etc. It's also a really nice area with multiple parks close by and I feel safe to walk around at all hours. We've made some great friends from living here and it's a really fun and welcoming community. Would like to shout out the excellent staff - Phillip, Rebecca, and Sophia for being super responsive, friendly, and always helpful.
Absolutely love living here. We just renewed our lease for our second year because of how well we have been treated.
Pros:
- multiple parks within a few hundred feet from our door
- amenities are amazing
- apartments are very nice
- views of the mountains are great from our 3rd floor apartment
- staff is very friendly
- maintenance responds rapidly
- close to interstate if you have to drive to Denver or Fort Collins for work
- heated pool, pool table, ping pong, cornhole, hammocks, hot tub, multiple gas grills, dog park, private work booths in the leasing office with soundproofing and Ethernet connection.. dog wash.. and it even has a place where you can work on your bike or snowboard in a little workshop area! 😍
- 25 minutes from the flatirons, 55 minutes from Eldora.. I could go on.
Cons:
- our apartment AC can’t always keep up with the heat being on the top floor so we had to buy a floor ac unit to keep it cool
- Parking can be an issue
Overall this has been the nicest apartment we’ve lived in. Very glad to be renewing here.
