I was helped at the info desk at Avista in Louisville, Colorado by Melanie Pinto. Outstanding customer service. I would like the director of the hospital to know, and her supervisor, how excellent her help was. I had a special request, and she was informative and personable.

As an historian and writer, and preservation advocate, I hope the new admin will consider displaying the historical Sanitarium artifacts in a higher traffic area, such as the lobby area, so patients and visitors can appreciate the history of the location and understand that the hospital values this history over a near hidden basement cabinet. If this isn't possible, than donating them to the Boulder Historical Museum in the name of the hospital, would preserve these artifacts for generations to come. The photos and artifacts are treasures, and I'd hate for the hospital transition team to overlook the historical, and public interest value, of these items.

I just had surgery yesterday. The staff here are top notch!! From check in, to pre-op to post op & of course my surgeon. If I ever have to go to the hospital again, this is the one! Thank you, THANK YOU, for taking such great care of me & for making my children feel so comfortable, while they were with me.

Birthed both my babies here and had a great experience both times (2021 and 2023). The midwives are phenomenal and the nurses are all so kind and caring.

Had my spinal surgery done here, and woke up in in *less* pain than when I went in despite having just been cut open. Absolutely marvelous staff, so nice, great food for overnight (amazing right?), and the surgery was the best decision of my life. They gave me great preparation support and always followed up so quickly. Highly recommend going here if you have the choice.
