Coal Creek Collision Center was not only able to get us an estimate right away they were also able to get our car repaired much faster than any other shop in the county. Great work!

They were able to complete the work ahead of time, on a very tight schedule that I had requested due to a trip that I had coming up where I absolutely needed my Landcruiser. Even among an obviously huge amount of work they had going on due to the recent hail damage in Louisville, they got everything wrapped up amazingly fast. Definitely recommend.

(July 5, 2018, 8:33 pm)Excellent service. They went the extra mile when the after-market parts insurance company recommended didn't fit quite right. I don't know if they went after insurance company, or if they ate the difference in cost. In either case, they really took care of me.

Major kudos to Mike S. for once again being helpful, professional and going above and beyond compared to any other shop I have used in the past. Because of his attention to detail and his consistently great customer service, we only use CCCC as our go-to shop. Mike really helped us out this time in getting us scheduled at a time that works for us - we had major time constraints and Mike worked with us to accommodate our needs. He always keeps us informed throughout the process, and has been a great partner in working with our insurance to be sure everything is in order. The car looks great, inside and out, as is typical of our past experiences. Thanks Mike and team at Coal Creek! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
