I am so relieved I was referred to Dr Greenwood for the major liver condition I was diagnosed with. She was very professional, extremely considerate & highly knowledgeable about my condition & necessary treatment. She even took the time to help me obtain approval from my insurance company to cover the very expensive medicine I needed! Her assistant, Isabelle, was very kind and always personally called me with results of my tests. Her office staff, especially Michelle, always greeted me with enthusiasm upon my many visits. I will always have a very special place in my heart for Dr Greenwood for saving my life! ❤️
Dr Greenwood and staff were very attentive and caring from beginning to end of my procedure. Initially was referred elsewhere for a procedure and had an awful experience ; numerous friends recommended NWG so I worked hard to get my primary care to refer me to Dr. Greenwood. So thankful they could take me on as a patient (initially since I had complications elsewhere they were reluctant) Finally I began to see Dr. Greenwood...the difference was like night and day! She is extremely friendly, professional and personable, and most knowledgeable with a knack for explaining in a way I could process. Treated like a princess at Avista!
