I worked with Mike and Meggan since I bought my house through selling my house recently. They are always so knowledgeable and responsible. They provided me the best strategy to sell my house at highest price and that worked perfectly. It didn't take one month from the listing through closing while my neighbors have been struggling to sell their houses. I would have rated more than 5 stars if I could. Truly professional team from the investor perspective.

Mike was quick to respond to my email when I was contacting agents about selling my condo. He took the time to explain different marketing strategies and pricing. After 3 days on the market, I had 5 offers. All were above list price (2 offers were way more than I ever expected). I highly recommend him. He takes the time to explain the process and the fine details of the contracts before you sign.

He has all the things you want in a realtor (experience, knowledge, professionalism, patience) and then some things you didn’t know you wanted (rental/investment market knowledge, vendor/contractor referrals, your best interests in mind, ability to navigate difficult dynamics between couples). We have now worked for the second time with Mike and his team to purchase a house and love the work he does.
After talking to him about our criteria, the houses he suggested we take a closer look at were all fitting our expectations, despite our long list of requirements. Plus he always provided us with additional details about the neighborhoods and why they may or may not be desirable.
During the showings he had a good eye for potential problems, e.g. inexpertly performed renovations or the age of the house. He also has a great eye for how renovations could update the house or modify the layout more to our liking.
Once we went under contract Mike helped us through the process with ease. When our lender caused some problems he helped us find a solution quickly. He also navigated the real estate contract world for us and wrote amendments where necessary.
All the vendors he recommended to us for different inspections during the purchase process and for renovations after we closed on the house did great work for very competitive prices.
During the entire process from first contacting Mike, to closing and after, Mike was always available when we had a question and has always given us good advice.
If we move again in the area, we will definitely contact him to be our realtor again.

Mike is really awesome to work with! He really went above and beyond in learning what was important to us as we shopped for a home.
