My carbon monoxide detector went off this morning, audibly saying: "carbon monoxide". I know it is a dangerous gas, so called my alarm company. they didn't install them so they directed me to call the fire department, which i did. They arrived within minutes of my call. Three very informed men checked my whole house for the gas, and changed my batteries on the detectors just in case. It was amazing to feel so protected and with such professionals! Many, many thanks.
