DK and Bailey were incredible! This gym has such a welcoming environment, and I can’t wait to come back for the next class!

Over a year ago, my brother in CA encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone (yoga) to further challenge my strength and mobility. He asked around his CF community in CA, and from out there, the recommendation for Cielo made its way to me. I joined CF with hesitation, being full of self-doubt and concerned about adding injury to my middle-aged body. However, the coaches and community at Cielo have fully encouraged and supported me along my path. I am so thankful for dk and Bailey- two talented, extremely knowledgeable coaches who facilitate student growth with patience, humor, and just the right amount of “push.” I also love the energy at Cielo. It’s not vibey or tragic, which would turn me off in a hot second. It’s chill, it’s fun, the music is great, and the people are authentic. I’ve gone from reluctant participation to *wanting* to make it to any of the classes, all the time. Definitely give it a try if you are searching for your fitness home!!

Excellent gym. DK and Bailey are amazing coaches. Both are very knowledgeable and can help reach any fitness goals. The community is very welcoming to all new comers. Highly recommend and love going.

This review is way past due!! DK & Bailey (Coach B) are amazing trainers that will get you to the next level or just get you comfortable doing something new. After attending my first WOD (workout of the day); I was officially hooked!

DK & Coach B have this way of coaching to push you out of your comfort zone, but also make you feel successful while trying new movements. They put a HUGE emphasis on form and technique to get you moving properly and efficiently before trying to lift the heavy stuff. Since they both run the classes there are plenty of opportunities for them to offer 1:1 corrections or suggestions to help ya out. Many of the movements were new to me, but the way the form and technique were broken down made it easier to understand. I can now snatch, clean and do a little bit of everything.

A few things I truly appreciate about this box are the community, the programming and the passion/ dedication that is expressed by the coaches. The community members are so inviting and truly make these WODs bearable; we joke around and try to keep it fun while pushing through the tough days. The programming is fantastic; always something new, challenging and fresh. They offer everything from “CrossFit Main” which are your usual WODs to Gymnastics to Olympic lifting; just to name a few. I have to say Gymnastics and OLY are my favorites, with mobility slowly starting to grow on me. As the coaches always say “Swole & Flexy”!

If you are looking for your next new and exciting challenge, Cielo is for you. The coaches will get you comfortable with being uncomfortable and moving efficiently while having fun. The amazing community is an added bonus to help push you through. Thank you DK and Coach B for all that you do!!
