  Pretty satisfied with my experience getting winter's put on! Costco's amenities and prices were hard to beat compared to discount tire, though they do have a limited selection. My only complaint is that they scuffed and peeled the plastdip on my rims in the process, though I should've informed them to be extra careful beforehand and this was an easy fix!!

  The tire center in Costco is always helpful and the prices are good. But the free rotation and road hazard is great

  Great customer service in the Tire Center.
  I do wish the tire customers could shop while we wait - it only makes good sense on both sides. I have an early appt and I would even upgrade to Executive status to get better perks like they do at SAM's Club. They let the Business customers in at 7AM! So I sit there for at least an hour while tires are installed and Costco could be making money.
  The tire center does seem to be under-staffed, but the team they have deal with that very well. Too bad they aren't appreciated by Costco enough to bring on one more person for the busier times. Many people are looking for part-time gigs.

  Tom went above and beyond in his care of my car and customer service. In addition to helping me out with some water in my spare wheel well he gave me some great info about what can impact tire air pressure. This is the only place I'll come for my tire needs. Thanks Tom!
