  Dr, Backus, assistant Hillery Magness and PT Elena were the best. At age 59, active and I would like to think in decent shape, I wanted an assertive, sports-oriented team that would get me "back in the saddle" soon. After two months, a plate and eight screws in my fibula, I was returning to yoga, and very soon after horseback riding. Three months out now, except for swelling, which is to be expected, I am doing everything I did before and I have no pain. This team respected my desire to rehab fast and aggressively. Thank you.

  I had a fractured fibula and was referred to see Denver Health orthopedic but unfortunately couldn't get in for about 4 weeks with them. I google orthopedic clinics near me and fell upon Dr. Backus office. He was able to get me in the same week, and let me know how severe my injury was. I was able to schedule surgery with him the following week. After surgery my incision is amazing work I have seen by far. He was very caring and understanding, and was able to help me address work paperwork immediately and over all an amazing physician. Thank you Dr. Backus for all your amazing work and help with me. I truly appreciate it. I recommend to anyone to use this clinic. They are an awesome team.
