They did make one mistake on an order a couple months ago when I ordered during a busy time while they were training new people, but the shift manager took care of it without me having to do anything. “Barb and Harvey totally came to our rescue! About 2 hours before we were set to teach our first class in our studio, I discovered that the furnace had stopped heating. The room was freezing, there was no way we could run the class in there unless we could get the heat working ASAP. I called Tri County and Barb took pity on my plight. She rearranged their schedule so Harvey could get here in time to fix the furnace and warm up the room just before our students started arriving. They really went above and beyond to help us and accommodate our needs. That's real service! Highly recommended.”

“This place is a good find. Breakfast is always quality, lunches are better than a usual diner, but the fact is cozy atmosphere and amazing care in each dish shows. Always try the specials and never a bad salad or burger, rare for a small diner place. The only let downs are rare hours open, and no place for big groups. But the place is unique and a throwback, to when a place recognizes you at the door”
