Ben gave me the information I was looking for as well as the information I needed - without being pushy or sales-y. I received down to earth product knowledge. In other words, he didn’t throw out a lot of jargon that I couldn’t understand. I know sleep is important, and good sleep is essential for optimal health. I hadn’t had a new bed in (embarrassingly) 30 years. My new mattress arrived yesterday and it’s FANTASTIC. With Ben’s help, I’m on my way to sound sleep and no more pain on waking.
